Product analyses candidates' voices in response to questions on their history and hypothetical scenarios regarding illegal acts

Minority Report-style technology enabling employers to identify potential thieves and drug addicts in the workplace at interview has been launched by an Israeli technology company.
The product, called HR1, analyses candidates' voices in response to questions on their history and hypothetical scenarios regarding illegal acts, drug use, addictions and topics related to integrity.
Based on their responses, the candidate is assigned a risk rating indicating how likely they are to commit a misdemeanour. The 20-minute test is carried out using a phone and computer.
Amir Liberman, CEO and founder of Nemesysco, which has developed the product, says it is more than a lie detector. "Hiring the wrong people is the biggest risk a company faces. The system is designed to expose candidates' beliefs," he says.
